Order?

Once you complete an order with AnnDrew Marie, we will notify you via email to re-confirm your order. Custom orders take up to 13 business days to complete. Due to overwhelming amounts of orders, the turn around time may be slowed down.

Cancellation?

If you would like to cancel an order please send us an email immediately after it is placed or within 24 hours.

Shipping?

The orders are shipped via USPS, all orders are shipped ground unless otherwise specified by customer. All items outside of custom orders generally take up to a week to make and ship.  We do ship internationally. Please note that due to custom procedures in different countries, shipping may take longer. International shipping costs will have an extra charge.

Payments and Returns?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and paypal. Credit card information is verified prior to order processing. All sales are final. Please note that custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged. NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for incorrect spelling on custom orders.

Packages are shipped via USPS. If you would like expedited shipping, email us and we can accommodate.

Custom orders take up to 13 business days to complete. Once the items are complete, they will ship out.
